The Power Of Twitter

Frustrated with being disconnected while on a phone call to a boiler manufacturer, I decided to run a poll asking if people thought it was a good idea if the manufacturer stored your number in case of disconnection during technical calls.
I had a huge resounding yes to my suggestion so I took the results direct to the manufacturers and a number of them pledged to immediately implement my idea of a call back system.
Just goes to show the power of twitter.
